Children's privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Notice describes how we handle the personal information collected from children when your child uses our AI children's toy.
What Personal Information Do We Collect from Children? To provide our services, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary. The personal information we collect includes:
    • Voice and Text Information: After the user actively initiates recording, we collect voice chat information and voice-to-text transcripts.
    • Approximate Location Information: To provide weather-related Q&A services, we collect approximate location information.
    • Device and Network Information: To ensure device operation and network security, we collect identifiers such as IP addresses and Device IDs.
    How Do We Use Children's Personal Information? We use the collected personal information to provide and improve our AI voice interaction services for you:
    • AI Voice Conversation: Recognizing voice inputs via AI to generate interactive responses.
    • Chat Summaries: After you enable this feature, generating content summaries for you based on chat text records.
    • Internal Operational Support: Using device and network identifiers to maintain network security and the normal operation of the device.
    Do We Share Children's Personal Information? We are committed to never selling children's personal information. To fulfill the AI functionalities mentioned above, we will only provide voice and text information to the AI service providers (Google and Microsoft) and cloud service providers (AWS and Google) that assist us in delivering our services. Except for the aforementioned providers, we strictly do not share children's personal information with any other third parties.
    How Long Do We Retain Children's Personal Information? To maximize the protection of children's privacy, we adopt a strict data minimization retention policy:
    • Voice Data: Immediately deleted after being converted to text and generating a response (we absolutely do not store the original raw voice data).
    • Text Records and Summaries: Chat text records and summaries will be retained on our platform for a maximum of 180 days, after which they will be automatically and permanently deleted.
    What Controls Do You Have as a Parent? You have complete control over your child's personal information. You have the right to access, review, or delete the aforementioned personal information at any time within the App control panel. If you wish for us to stop further collection or use of your child's personal information, you can do so by selecting "Unbind Device" in the control panel.
